Brad Quartuccio from da Rag was at the show; we had an interesting chat during which he expressed his theory that touring bikes would be the new trend, replacing fixies and niners on the cool kid must have lists. Anyone looking at Bruce Gordon or Brian Baylis' amazing work would have to agree. We'd modify the prediction with utiltarian bikes, not just tourers. Frame Forum is a cool site that has a ton of info on custom bicycles and should have snaps from the show posted soon and has a ton of links to other photos, some of which are listed here: Wool Jersey, Ready To Ride, Ultimate Track, Cyclofiend and MTB Review just to link a few. These are all pretty interesting cyclocentric blogs and sites for you to bookmark as well.
Barry Bonds bangs the needle; the story is out, book in the stores, lawsuit on the way. Big ups to Mark Fainaru-Wada and Lance Williams for investigating and reporting on the BALCO debacle. Gravity racers need no dope to go fast and hard. Onward.
